Since 2009, the Windsor Homeless Project at Alma Beacon Windsor has been a beacon of hope for the homeless in our community. This past winter, Alma Beacon opened its doors to operate a night shelter. This initiative has been crucial in ensuring that those in need have a safe place to rest and recover from the harsh conditions outside.

As we look ahead to our next event, the Windsor Community 24hr Sing-A-Thon on September 26th, 2025, we are filled with hope and determination.

Initiated by the Windsor Glee Club and supported by numerous other choirs from in and around the Windsor area, this event promises to be a fun, uplifting celebration of our local community working (and singing!) together over a 24hr period to raise funds for our Windsor Homeless Project Cold Weather Night Shelter next year.

With donations from our local community we aim to raise at least £20,000 to keep our doors open and provide ongoing support for those who rely on us. Your generous contributions will help us maintain this vital service and ensure that everyone has access to a safe haven during difficult times.
