Cambridge Half Marathon for The Felsted School Mission!

Felsted Team is raising money for Felsted School Mission

Cambridge Half Marathon 2026 · 8 March 2026 ·

The Felsted School Mission has been supporting the most vulnerable people in the Custom House area since the late 1800's. Today this is done in conjunction with the Ascension Community Trust which runs a food bank, advice service, supports children's well-being and helps all those in need.

Story

We are excited to share that Ben, Emma, Mrs Little and Mr Munns will be participating in the Cambridge Half Marathon on 8 March 2026 to support the Felsted School Mission.

The Felsted School Mission is based at Ascension Church in the East End of London. Since 1887, members of the Felsted community have worked closely with the team at Ascension Church to support vulnerable individuals in the Royal Docks area. The Mission provides a wide range of support, including food banks, night shelter services, and assistance with children’s mental health.

Having visited the Ascension Church we have seen first hand the differences it makes to both individuals and to the wider Newham community. We are both really looking forward to the challenge and raising money for this amazing charity! - Ben and Emma (U6th Students)

It will be a privilege to run alongside Ben, Emma and Mr Munns in aid of this valuable charity. I have visited many times to help out and I am pleased to be running to encourage this great community. Training has begun! - Mrs Little (Teacher at Felsted School)

Together, we can create a positive impact and help build a brighter future for those who need it most. We kindly ask you to consider making a donation today — every contribution truly makes a difference. Thank you!
