Can you stop for a moment and picture yourself living the rest of your life confined to one small space? Then encouraged to perform for food and starved when you refuse? Driven to insanity? That's a small insight of what Whales, Dolphins and other Sea life animals living in captivity have to endure. Some stolen from their families in their natural habitat, the Ocean. Whilst others bred into a life of misery.

Mammals like ourselves with brains more advanced then our own and a strong ability to feel emotions are still being imprisoned all around the world, exploited for entertainmaint and ultimately money!! It has to STOP!!!✋🏽✋🏻✋🏿

There is also a film/documentary called 'Blackfish' that shows an insight to this subject, which is worth a watch. You can find resources and information online thats shows the mental and physical abuse these poor creatures face. Its time for change!!

My lovely and super compassionate son Dennie has decided that this is the charity he would like to raise money for. He has grown his hair for the second time in his childhood. Although the hair itself will be donated to a separate charity that makes wigs for children in need as before, he would also like to use this special occasion to raise money for WDC and their worthy cause.

Dennie is 10 years old, he has been growing his hair for just over 4 years and is finally ready for 'The BIG chop'. It was his idea to grow it again to have it cut and made into a wig for children in need of it. He also suggested getting sponsored for a cause that is close to his heart. He is an empathetic boy to the core and a great animal lover. He has been called a girl more times than he can count and I'm so proud that he can ignore this and peoples opinions in order to achieve his goal! GO DENNIE!!
