100 Days of Murph for Teenage Cancer Trust

100 Days of Murph
Starting 17th February I will be completing the Murph workout every day for 100 days - ending Sunday 26th May.
Murph is a CrossFit Hero workout where you run 1 mile, do 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and then run another mile while wearing a 9kg vest.
At our CrossFit Gym - LN CrossFit - a number of people have been affected by losing young men to this terrible disease. It is very close to the gym's heart. We have a strong community and have raised money to support this cause in previous events - and now I am going to push myself to raise some more.
