The team at Windsor Waste Management and Zest Recycle are walking 100 miles in October to raise money for local charity, SNAP!

SNAP (Special Needs and Parents) is a charity that works to support, nurture, and partner with families whose children have additional needs or disabilities by providing compassion, guidance, and hope.

They work with families across Essex with children who have any additional need or disability.

Windsor Waste Management and Zest Recycle have been fundraising for SNAP for a number of years.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will be added to our existing collection for us to present to the charity on behalf of the businesses.

What your donation can achieve:

£5: Could make sure a parent had a place to turn to by providing an initial helpline conversation with a Family Support Adviser

£10: Could fund art and messy play materials for a pre-school activity club. These sessions provide a stimulating and sensory experience for the children.

£25: Could fund several educational books for our Specialist Library, an invaluable resource for parents and professionals.

£50: Could fund a one-hour individual session for a child whose condition (e.g. lack of immune system) means they are unable to participate in a group session.

£65: Could fund a vital family counselling session for our parents and children.
