On the 1st of August 2026, I will begin one of the toughest challenges of my life, running from Fort William to Glasgow via the West Highland Way, covering almost a marathon a day for 5 consecutive days, finishing at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.

Arissa has been diagnosed with Stage 4 germ cell cancer at the age of 1 year old. At such a young age, she has already endured surgeries, intensive chemotherapy, and continues to face more treatment ahead. Despite everything, she is fighting with unbelievable strength every single day.

Throughout her journey, the team at Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity has been part of the care, support, and hope surrounding her and our family. The work they do for children and families facing unimaginable circumstances is extraordinary.

This challenge is my way of giving something back.
