This Summer, four school friends who have known each other for over 30 years are taking on an incredible challenge by walking a combined 100 miles to raise money for PKS UK. Their inspiration is their friend Katie, whose 8-year-old daughter Sophie, has Pallister-Killian Syndrome.

Throughout the week of the 7th- 11th September each of us will be walking 4 miles a day (8000-10000 steps)

On the 12th September the foursome will come together to walk the final 20miles together across the South Downs .

Every donation will help PKS UK continue funding vital clinical research and providing much-needed support to families affected by this incredibly rare condition.
