Many of you will know that I’m taking on another fundraising challenge, inspired above all by my incredible sister-in-law, Brigette, who has been living with MND for the past five years. Her courage, determination, and warrior spirit in the face of this disease are nothing short of extraordinary.

After spending time with Brigette and her family in Naples over New Year, I came away knowing I had to do more to support her and the wider MND community.

So here’s the challenge:

I will run 10km every single day — no days off — until I’ve covered the equivalent distance from our home in South Wales all the way to Brigette’s home in Naples, Italy.

This is going to be a true test of consistency, resilience, and mental strength — but it’s nothing compared to the daily fight faced by those living with MND.
