On the 14th of September, Evan and I will be running our first 10k together.

We will be running in memory of Quinton, Evan's best friend from nursery, through primary and into secondary.

There isn't a day goes by that we don't think of Quinton and his infectious smile and laugh.

Please see the justgiving link below as we run for the Hillhead Giving HQPE charity, this is all the more significant as September is also suicide awareness month.

We'll need encouragement as our training has been non existent, a 10k may not seen much to some but in reality this is our Marathon. Our motivation will come from our friend Q 💛
