1101 is taking part in the Sheffield Krazy Races on 21 June 2026 to raise money for Roundabout, South Yorkshire’s youth homelessness charity.

A team of 12 of us have volunteered to give up our lunch breaks for hands‑on workshops as we design and build our very own soapbox from scratch.

We’re IT people, not mechanics, so this challenge is well outside our comfort zone but that adds to the fun of it!

Roundabout provides safe accommodation, life‑skills training, and long‑term support for vulnerable young people across Sheffield and South Yorkshire.

We’ve set a fundraising target of £1,000, and every penny raised will go directly to Roundabout and the young people they support.
