EVERY 90 SECONDS someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury (ABI). There are many possible causes, such as a fall, a road traffic accident, an assault, a tumour or a stroke. A brain injury can happen to anyone, at any time. When it does, we're here to help

Story

My brother suffered a severe brain injury from contact Rugby causing narcolepsy and depression for 3 years.

12 Hour Touch Rugby will be raising money for Headway UK who support brain injury survivors, their families and carers.

Every 90 seconds, someone is admitted to a UK hospital with a brain injury.

Whether because of head injury, tumour, stroke, haemorrhage or neurological infection, the effects of a brain injury can be life-changing and life-long.

That’s why we’re taking on the challenge of playing 12 hours of continuous Touch Rugby to raise awareness and vital funds for Headway UK.

Your support will help provide rehabilitation, support networks, and guidance for brain injury survivors and their families, giving them the chance to rebuild their lives.

No donation is too small, every contribution will make a real difference.
