Mother and Daughter, Val and Em Stott, are participating in the London Winter Walk 2024, a half marathon trek, to raise money for The Smile Train. Em was born with a cleft lip and has undergone two life-changing surgeries, one when she was just 10 days old and another at 18 years old. Thanks to the incredible doctors and charities like The Smile Train, Em has been able to live life to the full. But not all children are as fortunate. That's why Val and Em are walking to raise awareness and funds for The Smile Train, an organization that empowers medical professionals around the world to provide free surgery and comprehensive cleft care to children in need.
