On September 14th, I’m taking part in the Ultra Challenge—Thames Bridge 25km Trek. I’m walking to raise funds for Making the Leap (MTL), an incredible organization that’s changed my life and the lives of countless young people.

MTL empowers young people aged 18-25 who haven’t had the easiest start. They don’t just offer opportunities; they spark hope, build confidence, and open doors to futures that once seemed impossible. I know this firsthand—MTL believed in me and supported me in building my career in private equity.

Now, as board member on the MTL Fellows Board, I’m giving back to ensure more young people get the same life-changing support. But I need your help.
