BRAWD is a fantastic relatively newly established charity focused on men's mental health in Wales. It started with a couple of men who had lost friends to vulnerability and isolation and put the kettle on and opened it's doors to men to see who would turn up to talk..it's first ever group saw a turnout of over 16 men...and it's continued to grow as rapidly to a current membership of over 80 men and several activities being run every week...

The charity exists hand to mouth despite doing such phenomenal work (a recent event was only made possible by a weekend boot sale). That's how vital it is to get anything / give anything you can to ensure this much needed approach to men's mental health continues and thrives in the years ahead - to reach more and more men who are isolated and in need of simple but hugely effective support bonds..please give anything - no matter how small - that you can to keep the ball rolling and ensure they continue to make the difference they so clearly make...
