200kms for Alex Meek Challenge

Initial and immediate intervention for individuals struggling, suffering and needing support with mental health and well-being issues by offering responsive, tailored support for people and communities to build brighter futures helping to Acknowledge, Strive and Succeed. We will travel throughout Wales making sure every adult has the mental health support and help they need. We turn no one away!!!

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

From 1st November to 24th December 2024 a group of us will be walking, running, biking or swimming our way to 200kms each in memory of the amazing Alex Meek.

We will be raising awareness and funds for Signposted Cymru a charity close to all of our hearts ❤️🦁
