I’m taking on the Murph Challenge to make this holiday season brighter for underprivileged children! From November 10th to December 11th, I’ll be completing a daily Murph: a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run—all to raise funds and collect Christmas gifts. Every rep and every mile is a step toward helping children experience the joy and magic of the holidays. Your support, whether a donation or a gift, will make a huge difference in a child’s life this Christmas.

We know many families struggle with the additional financial and emotional pressures of the festive season. What's more, due to the impact of the cost-of-living crisis, this year many families who were already struggling must now make impossible decisions, such as whether to heat their home, purchase food or buy their children a present.
