Help Us Support Alder Hey Children's Hospital! Alder Hey Children's Charity takes on the Coniston Challenge in July 2025.

We - Cleo, Beth, Tyler, Ayoni, Pascale and Izzy - are taking on the Coniston Challenge to raise money for Alder Hey Children's Hospital, a truly incredible place that means so much to my family. The Coniston Challenge is a triathlon in the Lake District consisting of a 15km bike ride, a 11.8k hike and a 3km canoe.

Alder Hey cared for my niece Astrid and her parents with compassion, expertise, and kindness that we will always be grateful for. The charity helps Alder Hey provide things above and beyond NHS standard care like parent beds next to babies in specialist care, additional or newer equipment as well as bereavement care. Now, I want to give something back to help them continue their life-changing work for so many children and families.

Every donation, big or small, will make a real difference — supporting world-class treatment, pioneering research, and the little touches that bring comfort to young patients during some of their toughest days.
