The Institute of Imagination (iOi) is a children and families charity that champions the power of creativity to build skills and wellbeing through award-winning, hands-on, STEAM-based (Science, Tech, Engineering, Arts, Maths) creative programmes in-person and online. Your support will enable the iOi to continue to deliver engaging programmes in schools, at events and from home supporting children in developing wellbeing and skills that will be vital to their future.

What is One Hour, One Day?

One Hour, One Day allows every Alpha employee to donate the equivalent of an hour or a day of your annual base salary to support Institute of Imagination, our 2023 Charity of the Year! £12 could provide a free place for a local child at one of our workshops, £15 could gift an Imagination Box to a child for free, and £500 could provide a free 2-day STEAM based workshop for a classroom.

On Monday, your local One Hour, One Day reps will be in contact in how you can support the biggest campaign in the Alpha fundraising calendar – in previous years we’ve managed to raise over £20,000, so let’s try and make it our target to beat that!
