Next Up The Great North Run carrying a 30lb pack and wearing army boots. Mk to MK via Birmingham, Over 4 Days. Fan Dance (SAS qualification march over Pen Y Fan) and Hyrox (trust me, it is brutal!) · 8 September 2024

Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

|Saturday 7th September 2024 The eve of my final challenge raising funds for MND Association Bedfordshire Branch. The 30lb pak and army boots are ready, The support crew, Julie my wife and great friends Stuart and Angela are ready. #TeamMND are ready, lets Go!

Thank you For supporting my 1 in 300 Challenge. After 12 years of fundraising for various charities, it gets harder to make the challenges something I genuinely do not know I can complete. But I think I have achieved this goal again! Three challenges. Firstly on June 29th I start running from MK to Birmingham and back along the canal. 4 days 4 ultra marathons. Second, The Fan Dance, the SAS qualification march over Pen Y Fan with 30lb pack. Finally, Hyrox allegedly one of the toughest fitness challenge in the world.

The original £4000 target is not random, it could fund one MND sufferer through clinical trials for 1 year, that is my goal. I have called on family and friends for support for 12 years and I am humbled to get the support I do.
