Story
Ssenge Baptist Church was planted in 2019 with a vision to know Christ and make Him known. What began as a small gathering in a family home has grown into a thriving church family, serving the local community through worship, discipleship, evangelism, and practical outreach.
As the church continues to grow, the need for a permanent building has become increasingly important. A dedicated church home will provide a place for people to gather, worship, learn from God's Word, support one another, and share the hope of the Gospel with future generations. More than a building, it will be a lasting resource for ministry and community life in Ssenge.
The "20,000 Bricks of Faith" campaign represents a vision that extends far beyond bricks and mortar. Every contribution helps establish a permanent base for the church's ministry and supports the ongoing work of sharing Christ's love within the local community.
To help raise funds, we are taking part in the NUTS Challenge and inviting friends, family, and supporters to join us in backing this project.
We are also delighted to share artwork created by children from our local church family at Three Bridges Free Church. The children have generously donated their artwork with the hope that it can be sold, with 100% of the proceeds going towards the Ssenge Baptist Church building project. Their creativity, enthusiasm, and desire to support fellow believers across the world have become a wonderful part of this fundraising effort.
