Story
Now in it's 8th year, 20 Along the Forth was started in 2019 as a fundraiser event for the MS Society Scotland and it continues to raise money and awareness of this disease and charity.
Every runner who is taking part in the 2026 event was offered the chance to donate a minimum of £1 to the MS Society Scotland but had the choice to increase this to £5/£10/£20, and we will also collect some pennies on the day. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far and if you'd like to add a little more to the pot then that's incredibly kind of you.
As some of you are aware, my lovely mum Eva lived with Multiple Sclerosis for most of her adult life and she very sadly died in 2013. Mum always lived life to the full and she did a lot to raise awareness of MS and fundraised throughout her life so I’m doing my best to carry her legacy on.
Mum was incredibly supportive of everything I did. She made me feel like I could do anything and led by example. Her life was full of people, charities, projects and love so it's really down to her nurturing soul that Blast Running was brought to life.
