Date of fundraiser: Sunday 6th July

So many of us are affected by Cancer - whether you are fighting, surviving, grieving or supporting, it affects us all in some way.

By participating in a fundraiser, WE are making a difference! 💓

Financially we are helping Cancer Research get one step closer to finding a cure. However it doesn’t stop at the donations. By coming together as a community and doing something fun and positive to raise awareness and show our support, we are giving people HOPE!

I am organising a mapped 20mile walk starting on Hayling Island and covering Havant, Emsworth, Staunton country park, bedhampton and surrounding areas.

To make it more fun there will be a treasure hunt incorporated into the route, where you will collect clues from pubs, leading you to the final stop where we can all enjoy a nice drink together and celebrate the difference we are making.

At each checkpoint (pub) as well as using the facilities (toilets, drinks & refreshments) you will need to find the treasure chest and collect the word. The words you collect from each location will eventually unscramble to make a phrase 💓

If you would like to participate please send me a message and I will add you onto the fundraising list & and ensure you are sent all updates about the event.

All I ask is that anyone who participates where’s something pink. You will also have a Cancer Research logo to pin onto yourself, so onlookers can see what we are raising money for.

For anyone wanting to get involved who is unable to walk the distance, you are more than welcome to msg me and I will send you through the route so you can pop up at any point, join in or even if you just join us for a celebratory drink at the finish location.

To make this all worthwhile, we are hoping to raise as much money as possible for such an important cause. Any penny you have to spare will be hugely appreciated and by donating YOU will be making a difference.

The fundraiser will be live from now until everyone has completed the walk.
