Hannah-Mae and I are raising funds for a charity that has helped a friend and their family through the toughest of times following the loss of their young child following a tragic accident.

We will be doing a 24hour wattbike session starting at 6pm on Friday the 1st of December in the rear yard of the Masons Arms (THE RAMPIN) cilgerran. SA43 2SR. The bonus of it being in a pub is you can buy us a drink when we finish!

There will be a 3rd bike for people to come and join us, so get in touch to book your slot, but even if you don't want to ride, come and buy a drink and watch us suffer!

Sandy Bear Children's Bereavement Charity is dedicated to helping children between 0-18 to strengthen their emotional health and well-being, aiming to reduce emotional difficulties in childhood and the prevalence of mental illness in later life that can result in a decreased quality of life, poorer educational attainment, social and health problems and increased vulnerability.
