What better way to support an incredible local charity than for Dea and some of her legendary clients to be completing 24 fitness classes in 24 hours?!

Support our amazing team as we slog it out overnight and push our bodies and minds to the extreme! Kate, Karen, Alyson & Dea will be smashing the entire 24 hours- along with Sinead, Hayley, Emma & Helen who will completing between a huge 10-12 hours (possibly more!!)

On July 17th from 10am we will be completing our challenge at the beaut Jetts Gym in Farnborough (a massive shout out to the jetts team for the venue! Cheers guys!)

Our chose charity Brightest Stars does incredible work for children and their families who suffer a bereavement. Read more about their work below! The legend that is their founder, Helen, will also be taking part in our challenge with us!! Inspirational!

At Brightest Stars, we provide bereavement support for children and their families following the loss of a loved one. Our services include funding of counselling, play therapy, and face-to-face support. Our aim is to help children and young people navigate their grief in a safe and understanding space. In addition, we are sometimes able to offer financial support to families in need.

We host regular meetings and special days out, creating opportunities for children and families to connect, find comfort, and heal together. While our support is open to all and subject to funding, we primarily assist children up to the age of 15 who have experienced the loss of a parent, sibling, or guardian. Our services are completely free, ensuring that every family in need can access the help they deserve.

Brightest Stars was founded from a place of personal experience. In 2022, Helen, our founder and Chair of the Board of Trustees, faced the sudden loss of her husband, Mike.
