Story
Every Monday, our Greens darts team takes part in the Dumfries Darts League with eight players. Statistically, one out of the eight players we have each week will get prostate cancer. It's a scary thought, but it's a reality that we can't ignore. That's why we're fundraising for Prostate Cancer UK.
Prostate cancer is not always life-threatening, but when it is, the earlier you catch it, the more likely it is to be cured. We want to support the research and trials being conducted to help fight this disease. That's why on March 22nd-23rd 2024, our Greens darts team will take part in a 24-hour darts marathon for charity.
Throughout the 24 hours, we'll have games, raffles and so much more all in order to raise as much money as possible for Prostate Cancer UK. But we need your help to reach our target of £1,000. Every donation counts and will make a difference in helping us fight this disease.
Join us in supporting this cause by donating today and spreading awareness about prostate cancer. Remember: early detection saves lives.
