Thanks for coming, perhaps the headline caught your attention, let me explain.

Daisy - our 6 year old has caught the running and the charity fundraising bug, so she is upping her game, pushing her limits and she will be running the Edinburgh Marathon Festival 1.5km AND the Edinburgh MoRun 5km

Lauren - Just over a year after having a baby Lauren is running her first race, the Edinburgh Half Marathon, not content with that challenge she is also running the MoRun Half Marathon WITH OUR CHILD IN A BUGGY....

Damien (Me) - Ive decided to run a 5km, 10km, Half and Marathon within a year of ever having ran, 5km and 10km are in the bag...next up I will be taking on the Edinburgh Half Marathon and then wrapping the year of pain off with the Yorkshire Marathon.

We have a big 7 months of running ahead of us however it will be made significantly easier knowing that it's for the fantastic Rangers Charity Foundation and all of the great work that they do. Not a Rangers fan? No problem, Rangers Charity don't discriminate when dishing out support, they've donated over £300k to homelessness charities and a whopping 1,000,000 vaccines to UNICEF, amongst many other fantastic causes!

This is the point where people normally say "please make donation no matter how small", but Im being genuine, please make a donation no matter how small, a euro, dollar, pound or peso, anything you can give will help all three of us pound the tarmac with a bit more vigour.

If Ive not convinced you, perhaps this will, my 1 year old son will inevitably beat my half marathon PB when he does the Mo Run with his mum in the buggy......
