This September, me Han and Lottie will be taking part in the Women's 10K at Sefton Park and raising money for Liverpool Women's Hospital Charity.

This year is extra special because Liverpool Women's Hospital Charity is the official charity partner of the Women's 10K for the very first time. As the largest specialist hospital of its kind in Europe, Liverpool Women's supports thousands of families every year through pregnancy, birth, neonatal care, fertility treatment, cancer services, baby loss support and so much more.

Any donation, big or small, will help the charity fund projects and services that go above and beyond NHS funding, making a real difference to patients and families when they need it most.
