Matt & Chris will take part in the Monster Triathlon spanning seven days covering 1093 KM from Lock Ness to London June 8 - 14 2025.

Day 1 - 5 KM Swim Lock Ness and 50 Km Cycle Fort Augustus > Fort William.

Day 2 - Cycle 214 KM Fort William > Glasgow.

Day 3 - Cycle 202 KM Glasgow > Carlisle.

Day 4 - Cycle 200 KM Carlisle > Haydock.

Day 5 - Cycle 188 KM Haydock > Hinkley.

Day 6 - Cycle 184 KM Hinkely to Slough.

Day 7 - Run 50 KM Slough > Twickenham.
