The 3-Step Swim will represent the journey of a victim of domestic abuse swimming to I Choose Freedom

Swimmer 1 – represents victim/survivor swimming to refuge to start taking back control and begin their journey for a new life

Swimmer 2 – represents the journey in refuge and working with our team, building steps and tools needed to live a life free of domestic abuse

Swimmer 3 – represents the survivor leaving that shadow behind and showing strength, determination and empowerment

The swim will be an open water swim of 2.5k (per swimmer) as part of The Big Swim challenge.
