Story
I'm underwhelmed to share that I'm forcing myself to endure the challenge of "30 days of (loathsome) yoga in November" for Mind!
Essentially as a reincarnation of a sloth I begrudge any form of movement. I despise yoga less than other forms of fitness, therefore I’ve chosen to endure 30 days of movement in the miserable month of November! Please be impressed that I’m choosing to suffer shiny happy yogis buzzing daily on their exercise highs whilst my stupid genetics missed out the ability to make thar endorphin/dopamine hit, replacing it with sarcasm and an allergy to winter!
So, yay, go me. Sponsor me or not. It’s entirely your choice. I may do progress videos although that feels a bit too much of a commitment on top of daily down dog dawdling, so no promises there. I may put my is sweary yoga class into reality though for cathartic purposes in these times of global tension.

[Random blurb you can skip about the charity in the next paragraph]
Right now, Mind’s phone lines are busier than ever, as mental health issues affect 1 in 4 people in the UK this year. Too many individuals are still suffering in silence, and Mind is often their only lifeline. They provide essential support through phone calls, local community initiatives, and advocacy for change so that no one is left behind.
By supporting my yoga challenge, you can help ensure that vital information and support are available for everyone. Your generous donations will contribute to Mind's website resources, their helplines, and the online community known as Side by Side.
Please consider making a donation to my fundraising page 🙏🏻. Together, we can make a difference and help those who need it most. Thank you for your support! 💙
