Story

The Madness of the Math: 30 Days. 465 Kilometres.

On June 1st, running 1km sounds like a breeze. A quick warm-up, barely a sweat broken.

But here is the catch: every single day in June, we are adding exactly 1km to the tally.

Day 1: 1km (Easy)

Day 10: 10km (A solid workout)

Day 20: 20km (Almost a half-marathon, every day)

Day 30: 30km (An absolute test of survival)

By the time June wraps up, we will have run a staggering 465 kilometres each. No rest days. No passes for bad weather. Just tired legs, a lot of blisters, and an escalating daily distance that is going to push us to our absolute limits.

Why are we doing this to ourselves?

We are taking on this brutal compounding challenge to raise at least £1,000 for Cancer Research UK.

Almost all of us have been touched by cancer in some way—whether through family, friends, or colleagues. The fight against cancer doesn't take a day off, so neither will we. Every grueling step we take this month is dedicated to funding life-saving research, improving treatments, and ultimately finding a cure.

The daily distances are going to get heavy, but it is nothing compared to the battles fought by those facing cancer every day.

How you can help:

We need your support to get through the final, brutal weeks of June. Whether you can spare the cost of a coffee (£3 on Day 3) or a nice dinner (£30 on Day 30), every single pound keeps our legs moving and brings us closer to our £1,000 goal.
