Hope Home Trust has supported Kitaa Hope Children's Home in Moshi, Tanzania, since 2008. Vulnerable, often orphaned children are rescued, cared for, fed, clothed and educated in a loving family. The Trust has funded a purpose-built home for 30 children and pays for living costs and education.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be running the Moshi half marathon to try to secure two month's education costs for thirty children (£2000).

One thirty pound donation will pay for thirty days of English language primary education in Moshi, or a third of a month for those boarding at secondary school. Can you spare this and make an investment in our thirty young lives in Tanzania in this 30forThirty campaign?

If you can make your £30 donation a monthly gift you could take a child right through their early formative schooling. In some cases, literally from the streets to being streets ahead. In which case, we would get in touch with you personally with details of one of our students.

Obviously the educational costs are not everything that a child at Hope Home needs, we look to provide the rest through our regular donors, but without an education they may fail to escape their cycle of misfortune and poverty.

Please consider supporting my run.
