To celebrate 30 years of service, Mastercall is taking on a 30km for 30 years fundraising walk to raise awareness and funds for diabetes – one of the UK’s fastest-growing health challenges.

• Over 5 million people in the UK are living with diabetes

• Around 90% of cases are Type 2, often preventable

• Someone is diagnosed with diabetes every 2 minutes in the UK

• Millions are at risk or undiagnosed, making it a hidden health crisis

• Globally, diabetes cases have risen from around 200 million in 1990 and could now exceed 800 million

• Diabetes is linked to over 6 million deaths worldwide each year

Diabetes is a leading cause of serious complications including heart disease, stroke, kidney failure and amputations.
