Countrywide/Connells walk: 30 miles in 30 days for Dementia UK

Walk 30 Miles in September · 1 September 2023 to 30 September 2023 ·
Recent studies have shown that 1 in 3 people born today will develop dementia in their lifetime unless life changing treatments are found. Now more than ever, organisations like Alzheimer’s Research UK need our support. Covid has caused a huge drop in funding opportunities and resulted in groundbreaking projects being delayed or cancelled so we are each walking 30 miles in 30 days across September.
The team participating in this challenge is:
Rosie Cork, Sue Castro, Kelly Axtell, Rachel Chinery, Amanda Kerslake and Anna Kindred but if you're up for it, let me know and I will add your name to the list!
Great to see people across the group joining us for this great cause:
Kharla Mullen
John McCurry
Helen Broomhead
Rob Sawyer
Darren Hodsoll
Francesca John
Khafsah Qureyshi
Kathy Hollick
Kevin Tran
