We’re taking part in the Great Scottish Run in loving memory of our Adam, raising money for The Kano Foundation.💚

Adam was one of a kind — a real character and a total wind-up merchant at all times. He had a way of really making everyone laugh and always looked out for the people around him. He was such a genuine person with a massive heart, and he brought something truly special to the lives of everyone who knew him. He has left us all with so many brilliant memories and laughs that we always look back on and are grateful for. We all miss him greatly.

Anyone who knew Adam knew he was Celtic daft. He absolutely loved being at the games, he loved the buzz, the atmosphere and being right in and amongst it. We wanted to do something that felt right for Adam and raise money to give kids the chance to experience the atmosphere of game day and make their own brilliant memories similar to those Adam loved talking about.

The Kano Foundation helps give children the chance to experience a match day at Celtic Park completely free of charge, who wouldn’t normally have that opportunity. The money raised helps provide tickets, a hot meal and a Kano goodie bag, including a scarf, snacks and other goodies. During the winter months, children also receive a Kano beanie to help keep them warm.

For many of the children, it’s their first ever Celtic game and, for some, it may be the only opportunity they get to experience a match at Celtic Park. Donations help create special memories that can stay with them for a lifetime and support The Kano Foundation’s motto of “Keeping Football Free For Kids.”
