On May 1st 2023, my eldest son’s 18th Birthday, I will set out from my home in Great Chart, Kent and ride across the South East of England all the way to St Agnes in Cornwall.

The solo journey is approximately 350 miles and I will be cycling and camping along the way and carrying everything I need with me.

I’m riding to raise awareness of parental alienation, where children are unfairly separated from their Fathers after divorce or a break up and to support our local Fathers Support charity in Ashford, Dads Unlimited.

Dads Unlimited support men who are struggling with child access issues using the court system and the related issues that come with it. They are also committed to reducing male suicide by supporting men’s mental health.

I’ve been training since July 2022 and can’t wait to get going, it’s a huge challenge!

I hope all my friends and family will support me on my journey.
