On the 10th of October, on the anniversary of the birthday of my hero Fridtjof Nansen, I will be attempting to do the national three peaks challenge in under 24hrs BUT I will also be rowing 10km on a rowing machine before I start walking each peak.

This is the first time anybody has attempted the three peaks this way and I hope that it will inspire people to donate to this magnificent charity that is working towards a cure for the criminal disease that is MND.
