Story
I’m taking on the Three Peaks Challenge to help raise funds for our new church building, which will serve and enrich our local community and impact countless lives for generations to come.
I grew up in this church and I’ve been part of the journey ever since, now alongside my wife and our three children.
What began over 50 years ago with a handful of people and a big vision to impact the world has grown into a thriving community of more than 500 people, transforming lives every single week.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand the difference this church makes — from helping hundreds of young people each week find purpose, direction, and community, to supporting the elderly through our visitation groups, and serving local families through our One Foundation helping hundreds of families in need.
Because of this growth and impact, we’ve outgrown our current building. We’re now building a new centre in our existing car park — a permanent home for our church and a welcoming community space, complete with a public play park for local families to enjoy.
As a church, we’ve already stepped out in huge faith, raising over£1 million through sacrificial giving. Now we’re raising the final £100,000 needed to complete the project and make the building fully ready to open and serve our community.
That’s why I’m taking on this challenge.
I’d be incredibly grateful for any support, big or small, to help us reach this goal and continue impacting lives for generations to come.
Thank you so much for your support.
