Story
We have all known someone to struggle with mental health, but most struggle in silence, not knowing that support is out there.
We are three students from the University of Leeds undertaking an Ironman 70.3 on the 15th September 2024, with the hopes of raising money and awareness for mental health. For those who don't know, this challenge is a triathlon consisting of a 1.9km open water swim, a 90km bike ride and a 21.1km run to finish.
Having little to no triathlon experience as a group, we decided to challenge ourselves both physically and mentally over the next 5 months in preparation for the task in hand, supporting a charity close to our hearts that will help make a difference.
We would really appreciate your support and don't hesitate to get in touch.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
