Story
Why I’m raising money
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In May 2026, I’ll be running the Exeter Live Better Marathon, taking on the full 42.2km challenge to raise funds for Children with Cancer UK.
This marathon forms part of a wider student-led community challenge, where we are pushing ourselves physically and mentally to support charities that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.
Children with Cancer UK funds vital research into childhood cancer and provides essential support for children and families facing one of the hardest challenges imaginable. Their work helps improve survival rates, treatment outcomes, and quality of life for young people across the UK.
The challenge
A marathon is both physically and mentally demanding. Over the coming months, I’ll be following a structured training plan to prepare safely and responsibly for race day.
Each kilometre run represents support, hope, and progress for children and families affected by cancer.

Fundraising target
I’m aiming to raise £1,700 for Children with Cancer UK as part of an overall fundraising goal of £5,000 across three charities.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps make a real difference.
Thank you
Thank you so much for your support — whether that’s donating, sharing the page, or sending encouragement. It truly means a lot and helps keep me motivated throughout training and on marathon day.
