12th June - Annual 4FITT Family Fun Day & 7 a side Football Tournament, in Memory of Liam.

Also later in the year, the team and members at 4FITT Gym will be taking on our next challenge of 24 classes in 24 hours. Our members and coaches will be pushing themselves to the limit, but for a cause that means everything to us.

We’re raising funds for the Critical Care Unit at Royal Stoke University Hospital, in memory of our much-loved staff member and friend, Liam who sadly passed away in November 2024.

Liam was at the heart of our gym community always full of energy, laughter, and kindness. This event is our way of honouring his memory while supporting the incredible team at Royal Stoke who provide life saving care every single day.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help us make a difference and ensure Liam’s legacy lives on through this challenge.
