Dan, Martin and Gary are aiming to complete the London to Brighton cycle ride in September to raise funds for the Cystic fibrosis trust. We are doing this in honour of Rose - our daughter/ granddaughter/ niece who was diagnosed with CF when she was 3 weeks old.

Along with the hours of training Gary broke his wrist and hand, and dad has a knee replacement June 25!

Rose is now 12 and over the years has worked hard to raise nearly £5000 for the CF Trust, a remarkable feat. Rose continues to inspire us, our family and friends to raise awareness of CF and funds for this incredible charity.

Rose is the reason we are taking on this challenge. Her strength, determination and positive attitude (most of the time!) are inspiring. Every day she faces the challenges of living with a lifelong condition with remarkable resilience, never letting it define who she is or what she can achieve. Seeing everything she has accomplished, and the impact she has already made through her own fundraising, has motivated us to get on our bikes and do our bit.

Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic condition that mainly affects the lungs and digestive system, with more than 11,000 people in the UK living with the condition. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust plays a vital role in funding life-changing research, improving treatments, and supporting individuals and families affected by CF. We know this first-hand, having benefited from their support over the years. We really want everyone with CF to live a life unlimited.
