Story
Hello, thank you for reading this x
On June 4th 2021, a car accident meant we tragically said goodbye to Ed. Ed was the kind of person who's pretty hard to put into words because he was all the good things a person can be all in one. But most importantly he was kind, cheeky, brave and caring. I'll forever be grateful for the memories we shared.
On 16th May I'll be running the Maverick Cotswolds 50km in memory of my lovely friend, five years on. Ed was passionate about joining the army and was so excited for the adventure it was going to have in store for him. Through his charitable trust we are raising money for the incredible Veterans Coastal Retreats who are aiming to buy a property in Cornwall where veterans and their families can rest, recover and rebuild. Cornwall is both mine and Ed's happy place and I know this charity would mean the world to him. Any donation no matter how small would be so appreciated and I am so grateful to you.
I'm also running for Annabel, Jon, Harry and James. You're the strongest, kindest, most generous people I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know. I hope our friendship will continue forever, and I hope you know I'm never far away.
