Dear reader,

This fundraiser for Mandem Meet-up, is in honour of my late uncle Mike.

He took his own life 30 years ago this year, back in March of 1995 and would have been 50 years young this year.

In honour of Mike, I thought what better to celebrate his life, than running 50 miles, one mile for every year of his life.

We talk about you all the time Mike and even though me and my brother never got the privilege to meet you, your memory will forever live on through the Guess boys.

Mandem meet-up are a men’s mental health charity, that are doing great things for men’s mental health and everything it surrounds.
