80th Reading Scouts are holding a sleep out event to raise money for Launchpad Reading.

We are aiming to raise £250 but it would be great to beat this target if we could, so we appreciate any donation.

A little about Launchpad.......

Launchpad started life as a soup kitchen in 1979, founded by students at the University of Reading. Launchpad now provides a holistic service for anyone in Reading who is at risk of becoming homeless. Or has become homeless. Forty-five year’s later we are Reading’s leading homelessness charity. We are here to help vulnerable people in the town tackle their housing-related problems. To help people obtain, and sustain a long-term home and lead full and independent lives.
