Rob and myself love the charity the Brave and Determined charity (bad co) they help get people suffering with mental health the life saving counselling they need that the NHS are struggling to supply. Last year we lost a very good friend of ours "Andy Flinders" and are taking on this challenge to try and help prevent others loosing their loved ones.
