We are hoping to raise much needed funds during our annual Citizenship Day on Friday 21st June. The tag line for our event is ‘20 minutes for 20 years.’ We really hope that parents and guardians can support the pupils in raising money for our partnership school Mama Tamba and local farming community of Illiassa.

Each form will be given a time slot during the day to walk laps of the field for ‘20 minutes’. We ask that each pupil raise a target of at least £20 through sponsorship from friends and family ahead of the event.

The form who manages to raise the most will be able to choose a whole-form treat.

“Our 20-year partnership with Withington Girls’ School has formed a true bond. Together we have transformed opportunities for many young children, from childhood to adulthood, with some of the first enrolled children now pursuing their studies at university. I look forward to seeing what the next 20 years brings!”
