On Friday 13th November, I'm joining the Swan's Big Sleep Out fundraiser for the first time to raise money to help those that sleep rough in Swansea. I'll be swapping my comfy bed for a sleeping bag and cardboard in the open in the Liberty stadium. For me this is for just one night and will be fed and have security of doing this with others, but for those that are homeless this is a reality every night whatever the weather.

Please donate whatever you can to help those that have nothing, to offer meals, warmth and a bed for the night

Thank you so much, your kindness is greatly appreciated.
