I’m taking on the ASICS Manchester Half Marathon 2026 on 4 October 2026 to raise funds for Beyond Equality, because I believe real change starts with honest conversation, learning, and action. This challenge is personal to me, and it represents a commitment to building a future where men and boys are supported to grow into healthier identities and behaviours that benefit everyone.

There is a real need and a real opportunity to engage men in a brave and thoughtful rethinking of what "being a man" means. Through education, we can help create understanding, strengthen respect, and support prevention efforts that contribute to communities where everyone feels safe and valued. Beyond Equality’s work matters because it opens the door to meaningful change, not just for individuals, but for the wider culture we all share.
