In April 2026, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a very special cause.

On 19th November 2021, Alex came into the world, born to two great friends of our family (and coincidentally on my birthday) - Alex has Down Syndrome and on a daily basis goes on to amaze and bring a smile to the faces of those he meets.

Giving to this charity offer support, not only for young people with Downs but their parents and carers providing resources, training, events along with local connections and community integration
